About Anant Chaturdashi
Anant Chaturdashi honours Lord Vishnu in his infinite (Anant) form and marks the end of the Ganeshotsav festival.
How it is observed
Ganesha murtis installed for the full festival are immersed with processions; many also tie an Anant thread after Vishnu puja.
